Each day in December you open a new coffee from our selection of roasters around the world. Grind it, brew it as a pour over, and score it on our website — blind first, or read about it beforehand, whatever you prefer. At the end, reveal the origin, the roaster's notes, and see how others tasted the same cup.
All you need: a grinder, a pour over device, and hot water.
